As soon as you receive your order email confirmation you can schedule an appointment through the link above for your closest location.

The order will show "Processing" until it has been picked up. Go ahead and schedule your appointment. 

For our PA location - Please pull up to the NW corner of the building at the ramp and shoot us a text to let us know you’ve arrived. Someone from our Local Pickup team will be with you as soon as they can.

For our CA location - When you arrive, please find a parking spot in one of the marked spots near the North end of the building. An employee will be with you once your order is ready and provide further instructions for pick-up.

Due to high demand, we will not be able to accommodate same day pick ups.

No – orders are prepped based on appointments made. If you show up without an appointment, our Local Pick Up team can turn you away.

You have 30 days from the day the order is placed. Any orders not picked up after 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.

Please give us 24 hours notice to add any additional orders to a previously scheduled appointment. Our team preps orders the night before, so if you place an order the day of your appointment, we may not be able to get it prepped in time.

Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation and refund to your original payment method. If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to us ahead of time or reschedule through your appointment confirmation email. 

Yes, please email us ahead of time to let us know who will be picking up your order. 

If you would like to change your order from LPU to Delivery, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Please, however, keep in mind that we will need to charge the 10%, 12%, or 15% that was originally discounted for a Local Pickup order. If you would like to change your order from Delivery to LPU, please let us know ASAP. Once an order for Delivery has been processed for shipment, we cannot make changes.

If you need to cancel, please email us at orders@repfitness.com immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line to see if we are able to accommodate. Local Pick Up orders can be cancelled at any time as long the entire order is selected for Pick Up. If part of your order is shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Please note, if part of your order is shipping, we may not be able to cancel it if it is too far along in the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

Yes, non-REP Fitness products and REP Fitness gift cards are not eligible for the local pick-up discount. This includes products such as Hi-Temp Bumper Plates, 4'x6' Floor Mats, 3'x4' Floor Mats, Rubber Floor Tiles, RapidStrike Massage Gun, Concept2 products, Assault AirBike, Ski-Row Dual Function Erg, and Victory 2-Tier Dumbbell Rack.
